I got to spend a week on the Puget Sound over Christmas. Between storms, I reveled in being on the water again. The blues are so saturated — so different from the dry, crisp winter blues of Montana. It was a lovely, lovely trip and I haven’t quite gotten settled again into my quiet mountain life.

My holidays were alternately peaceful and turbulent … and the weather was mostly mild except for driving in the only snowstorm in the area during the peaceful day!
